Day 1 Transfer from airport to Kotor You can reach Kotor from three airports: Tivat 12 km, Dubrovnik 80 km and Podgorica 90 km. We will wait for you and transfer to Kotor. Accommodation is in Glavati or in Dobrota, small villages on the sea coast, 2 to 3 km far from Kotor, in three stars hotel. You can spend the afternoon on the sea coast or in the Old town of Kotor. Dinner is in the Dalmatian Konoba Cesarica which serves traditional dishes of sea food.
Day 2 Kotor Bay by kayak or boat Departure at 10am in the front of your hotel. If the sea is calm we shall show you Kotor bay from the sea. Paddling is planned around Bay of Kotor by our sea kayaks with friendly guide. No previous kayaking experience is necessary if one has good physical condition. We have fully equipped sea kayaks with life jackets. Paddling distance is 10 km.
Day 3 Mountain Lovcen , peak Jezerski Vrh 1657 m above sea level, walking tour Mountain Peak Lovcen is 30 km far away from Kotor. Peak Jezerski Vrh is on the 1657 meters above sea level. From that point you can see half of Montenegro, Adriatic Sea Skadar lake and mountain peaks in the north of the state. There is a mausoleum on the Jezerski Vrh of Petar Petrovic Njegos, famous Montenegrin ruler and poet from 19th century. We shall take a walking tour across the mountain countrysides and National Park Lovcen. Dinner is planned in Restaurant Cesarica
Day 4 White water rafting Tara river An early start this morning as you head up to the small town of Zabljak on Mount Durmitor. Upon your arrival at Tara River you will begin the rafting. The river cuts right through the Tara canyon making it a popular spot for rafting. It’s easy to see why this is Europe’s deepest river canyon and the scenery is nothing less than dramatic. A delicious lunch will be served after rafting and you will have the chance to explore the town of Zabljak..
Day 5 Mount Durmitor, Black Lake walking tour. Today you will explore one of our favourite parts of this national park – Black and Snake Lakes. You will begin at Black Lake and follow the trail around the perimeter, weaving in and out of the forest paths. These woodland paths give you the chance to see lots of local wildlife. You will then test your orienteering skills to find the nearby Snake Lake
Day 6 National Park Durmitor best views. After breakfast you will set off to find some of the Durmitor National Park’s best view points. After a few short hikes you are rewarded with glorious vistas across this dramatic landscape. You will then begin the journey back to Kotor and have the afternoon free before an evening meal in the old town.
Day 7 Montenegro Coast Today you will visit some of the picturesque beaches around Kotor by car and spend several hours at one of them. It is possible to snorkel in the crystal clear waters, enjoy a cooling swim or spend the last day relaxing in the sun with a good book. This evening a farewell meal will be served in a local restaurant for a chance to reflect on the weeks adventures. Day 8 Transfer to the airport. Breakfast and transfer to the airport for your return flight

Montenegro Hiking Holiday
Bay of Kotor and Durmitor. Enjoy in scenic hiking adventure environment of Montenegro , coast mountain Lovcen and the highest mountain Durmitor. The mountainous landscape of this area is ideal for hikers who have plenty opportunities to engage their passion for nature , hiking, cross fertile valleys and rolling hills, past ancient churches and fortresses, and Austrian macadam roads. Aside from the natural heritage and a variety of attractions there are many well – marked and signposted hiking trails in both countries. You will hike from sea level in The Bay of Kotor to Mt Lovcen peak Jezerski Vrh and from town of Zabljak to the highest summit in Montenegro , Bobotov Kuk , 2523 m above sea level . We will also visit old town Kotor . After hiking you will have a chance to try local food , cheese and prosciutto in mountains and sea food on the coast. At the end of a day you can enjoy in excellent local wine or beer.
Day-by-day itinerary Day 1 Transfer from the airport to Kotor .
Day 2 LOVCEN Starting from the Kotor gate we take one of the oldest roads and drive you along the breath taking route via winding mountain roads up to the Lovcen Mountain. The Lovcen National Park is an area of powerful contrasts, at one side tower the rugged snow-capped Mountains, while opposite them you will find the quite tranquility of one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Then we take an easy hike up to Jezerski Vrh , on 1657 meters above sea level. From that point you can see half of Montenegro, Adriatic Sea , Skadar lake , mountain peaks in the north of the state and Albanian border. Njegos , famous Montenegrin ruler and poet from 19th century. There we will have a break for taking photos and enjoy the sight. Then we will walk down to the Ivanova Korita one of the most beautiful parts of the Lovcen Mountain National Park (1261 m), situated on the eastern slope of Jezerski Peak, in a valley covered with forests and meadows. After break, we will hike to the peak Kolozun by old Austrian macadam road. You will have a chance to walk and enjoy in a great view to the open sea . Hiking level medium , distance 10 km
Day 3 KOTOR- KRSTAC We start with the morning walking to Krstac from the Old Town of Kotor. We will climb the 1,500 stone steps up to Fortress Sveti Ivan . The zigzag path follows the old city walls up the mountainside. When you reach the high point of the city walls you will be rewarded with commanding views of the Bay of Kotor and its surrounding mountains. Than, we will continue our walk and after 2 hours we will reach the Krstac, a place situated at the altitude of 900m on mountain of Lovcen. Vantage points offer a view of the bay and the sea, for taking photographs and painting landscapes. We will visit village Njegusi, where we will have short break and lunch. After this scenic tour we will back to Kotor. Hiking level : advanced
Day 4 MT DURMITOR , BLACK LAKE Early in the morning we will drive from Kotor to Zabljak , small town on Mt Durmitor. The drive will last 3 hours . After lunch we will go to hike around Black Lake , glacial lake surround by Durmitor peaks . The trails are leading through old pine forest. In the evening you will have a chance to try local dishes , such as a lamb and potatoes and enjoy in glass of wine. Hiking level : easy
Day 5 MT PEAK BOBOTOV KUK We will start our adventure early in the morning. After short drive across Jezerska visoravan we will reach Sedlo,mountain pass 1907 m above sea level. from this point we will start to hike to Bobotov Kuk. This mountain summit is the highest peak in Montenegro , 2523 m above sea level . After 3 hours of climbing we will be rewarded by magnificent view on the Durmitor massif , his peaks and glacial Skrcka Lakes. You will have a chance to enjoy in half an hour photo break on the highest point in Montenegro. Climbing down will last 2,5 hours. Hiking level : advanced
Day 6 KATUN LOKVICE This morning we will start our hiking from Black Lake , 1400 m above sea level.. At first route leads through beautiful conifer forest which is in higher elevations replaced by beech. . There is bit of going up and down. Soon path enters narrow passage, like a small gorge, which is around 1km long, from 3 to 30m wide and up to 40m deep. Through it path continues to ascent towards Lokvice. . After 30mins you are on top of ascent and suddenly behind narrow door Lokvice valley opens in front of you.. On its top is Katun Lokvice, group of shepherd’s houses, and mountain refuge (1800m). From this point you will enjoy in magnificent view on Durmitor's peaks. Hiking level : medium
Day 7 RAFTING ON TARA RIVER Early in the morning we will drive from Zabljak to Scepan polje , for 1,5 hours. We will start our rafting tour from camp Brstanovica. The Tara River runs through the largest canyon in Europe and offers Class III and Class IV rapids for your rafting enjoyment. As you learn how to paddle through white-water rapids, you’ll take in the magnificent scenery of the Tara River Gorge. After rafting tour we will drive back to Kotor.

Day 2 Paddling from Kotor to village Prcanj, discovering magnificent coastal churches, learn something about unique marine life and rich history of Kotor and the surrounding villages. A paddle around the Bay of Kotor and you will be rewarded with views on Old town and its fortress. They are considered as one of the world’s historic values. Relax on the beach , the perfect spots for swimming and snorkelling or stop at one of the small villages for a cold drink. During the evening enjoy in the Old town of Kotor. Day 3 Sea kayaking around islands in The Bay of Kotor : Our Lady of The Rocks and St George. Begin from village Markov Vrt, we will paddle to small baroque town Perast. You will see buildings and villas, which were built during the city's prosperous years of the 17th and 18th centuries, and will hear the history of this fascinating town, see Church Islands of St George and paddle around the Island of Our Lady of the Rock - its original church was built in 1452. You'll see the stunning present church, built in 1632 and enlarged in 1722. Kayaking continues to the beach Verige where we will stop and you will have an opportunity to swim, snorkel and simply enjoy the great landscapes of the surrounding mountains. Day 4 Our paddling in The Bay of Tivat starts from village Donja Lastva towards the small coastal town Tivat , the central part of bay. On our way we will enjoy in sightseeing and scenic views on Porto Montenegro. This is a Luxury yacht marina for mega yachts , with over 600 marina berths, luxury residences, sports facility, yacht club and infinity pool. From PortoMontenegro we will continue to island of St. Mark where you canl really enjoy in that uninhabited island, beautiful scenery and swimming in the crystal clear water. Day 5 We are starting from the beach Bajova Kula, a very attractive beach and a favourite picnic place of the local people from Kotor. It was named after the legendary hero Bajo Pivljanin who built the tower to be his shelter in times between battles. It is pebbly, 60 m long, and the sea water is extremely clear. In the background of the beach, there is a dense greenery of laurel trees, the pleasant smell of which makes the experience of sunbathing and swimming complete. From Bajova Kula we will paddle to Ljuta , a village named after the river which flows through it. In the central part of the Ljuta, surrounded by a cliffs near the sea, there is a Baroque church dedicated to St. Peter. It was built with cut stone blocks that are locals - sailors brought from Korcula. Then, we will continue to Sveti Stasije , the most beautiful vacation point in entire Kotor bay, if you like peace and calm atmosphere. The water is pure and clear even in the highest season. It is very peaceful and meditating, with adorable shore and an old church. There you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and swim in the crystal clear water, where it ends unforgettable kayaking adventures in the Bay of Kotor. Day 6 Kayaking at the Rijeka Crnojevica on the Skadar Lake ,which once was an important trading centre in Montenegro. The small village Rijeka Crnojevica provides an enchanting setting and is the perfect starting point for kayakers venturing into Skadar Lake, the last habitat of the pelicans in Europe, the biggest bird reservation in Europe, one of the last freshwater marshes in the Mediterranean and one of the the largest freshwater lake in Balkan peninsula. This kayak journey has been tailored for both beginners and accomplished paddlers. Our main ambition is to allow you to discover this amazing country, slowly, in touch with its history, people and culture. At the end of the tour we will stop at a restaurant overlooking Skadar Lake and all are welcome to enjoy in lunch and drink. Paddling distance : 6 km Meals provided : breakfast and lunch

Day-by-day itinerary Day 1 Day 1 Transfer to Kolasin Transfer from the airport to Kolasin . You can reach Kolasin from airports Podgorica and Tivat . The rest of the day is free. Spend the afternoon exploring small mountain town or have a tea in local coffee bars. Welcome dinner will be served in traditional restaurant. Meals provided: dinner.
Day 2 Day 2 Free day for individual activities Kolasin is located at the foot of Bjelasica and Sinjajevina mountains at altitude 954 m above sea level. This morning you can choose , go to ski at Jezerine , snowboard or stay in town for walk. There is plenty of snow here (snow cover from 1 to 3 m), so trails are good for skiing from December till April. Elevation difference is 560 m (from 1420 to 1980 m above sea level). Total length of the trails is 15 km. Length of the main trail Jezerine is 4.5 km. Meals provided: breakfast and dinner.
Day 3 Day 3 Snowshoeing around Biogradsko Lake After the breakfast we are ready to enjoy at the snow. Transfer from Kolašin (15 minutes) to Biogradsko Lake (1,100m above sea level) The tour in snowshoes starts from the lake to the place called Bendovac where we will have a beautiful view of Biogradsko Lake, Bjelasica, Sinjajevina, Durmitor and Tara river. Meals provided: breakfast and dinner.
Day 4 Day 4 Snowshoing at Bjelasica One more day we will spend on the slopes of Mt Bjelasica enjoying in skiing , snowboarding and snowshoeing After breakfast we will transfer to the ski center Jezerine ( 1440 meters above sea level ). From that point our snowshoe walk starts. The route is going up through the forest to the Hut Bjelasica ( 1760 m above sea level ) . We will be rewarded with magnificent view on the nearby mountains Sinjajevina and Komovi. Hot tea will wait for us in ski center. Meals provided: breakfast and dinner.
Day 5 Day 5 Transfer to Zabljak , snowshoeing around Black Lake Early in the morning we will be driven from Kolasin to Zabljak . This drive lasts 1,5 hours. We will pass through famous Tara Canyon and stop on Tara Bridge for taking photos. Accommodation is provided in four stars hotel. Today we will do a short hike from town of Zabljak to Black Lake, the biggest and the most beautiful glacial lake of Durmitor massif .Free afternoon for individual activities. Meals provided: breakfast and dinner.
Day 6 Day 6 Walk from town of Zabljak to Savin Kuk ski-center We will start our winter walk from the center of Zabljak. This path leads through forest and near villages at the foot of Savin Kuk , one of the most interesting Durmitor’s peak. After arrival at Ski-centre Savin Kuk you can enjoy in skiing , snowboarding or just tasting local dishes in traditional cottages. Meals provided: breakfast and dinner.
Day 7 Day 7 Free day to choose from the many activities and attractions in Zabljak We have a free day to choose from the many activities available in the Durmitor region. These include all of the activities we have tried during the week, as well as walk across ice on Black Lake or downhill skiing and snowboarding at Javorovaca or Savin Kuk. Meals provided: breakfast and dinner.
